We are seeking skilled Rolling Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to join our dynamic production team in Detroit, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machines that wind various materials, ensuring they meet our high quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to follow instructions will be essential in contributing to our production goals.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate machines to produce high-quality coils.
• Ensure safety measures are strictly enforced on the production floor.
• Work in coordination with quality assurance teams.
• Record data related to production efficiency.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors about production issues.
• Help implement company policies and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in machine operation is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in coil operations or related field

Languages
