As a Scrap Handler at Dynamic Recycling Solutions, you will play a crucial role in our operations by managing the collection, sorting, and processing of scrap materials. This position is essential for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and safety in the recycling process.

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection, sorting, and processing of scrap materials.
• Utilize machinery to transport and process scrap efficiently.
• Inspect scrap materials for quality and compliance with recycling standards.
• Maintain inventory logs for scrap materials received and shipped.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees.
• Work with team leaders to improve scrap handling processes.
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures to avoid accidents.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and report to maintenance as necessary.
• Educate new hires on best practices for scrap handling.
• Facilitate communication among team members for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in recycling or manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in scrap handling or a related field

Technical Skills

• Heavy Machinery Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent
