Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor, you will oversee daily production activities, manage team performance, and facilitate communications across departments. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations in the production department and manage workflow.
  • Ensure that all production goals are met while maintaining safety and quality.
  • Coordinate team efforts to resolve operational challenges.
  • Conduct performance reviews and set individual and team objectives.
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new staff to the production team.
  • Review and improve operational processes for greater efficiency.
  • Communicate production updates and challenges to management.
  • Prepare and manage budgets specific to production line operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in Manufacturing Technology or related field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in production supervision
