Job Description

As a Diver's Tender, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial diving operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing divers, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed. Responsibilities

• Help divers prepare and inspect equipment before dives.
• Manage lifelines and maintain communication with divers while underwater.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during dive operations.
• Monitor divers' health and safety, providing assistance as necessary.
• Supply divers with tools and necessary equipment during missions.
• Prepare reports and documentation relating to dive operations.
• Assist in the maintenance of diving platforms and vessels.
• Support training initiatives for new team members.
• Actively contribute to team safety and performance evaluations.
• Engage in community safety outreach and education initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Valid certification as a Diver Medic Technician is advantageous

Experience

• 2-4 years of practical diving experience preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of diving regulations

Certifications

• Additional diving specialty certifications

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with advanced diving technologies: Hands-on experience with emerging diving technologies is a plus.
