Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Mixing and Blending Machine Setter to join our team. This role involves operating mixing equipment, ensuring materials are blended according to specific formulas, and performing quality control checks to maintain product standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in manufacturing processes and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Blend materials using industrial mixers according to established recipes.
• Record mixing parameters and outputs for quality assurance.
• Inspect finished mixtures for consistency and quality adherence.
• Assist in developing and refining blending techniques.
• Perform routine checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Engage in safety training and adhere to safety standards at all times.
• Support other production staff as needed to meet deadlines.
• Implement best practices in material handling and mixing.
• Conduct routine housekeeping to maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide feedback on product quality and process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in material mixing or a related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Operator Certification: Certification is preferred but not mandatory.
