As a Hardwood Floor Installation Helper, you will play a crucial role in our installation team, helping with the setup, measurement, and installation of hardwood floors while ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Prepare work sites by clearing debris and ensuring proper measurements.
• Assist in laying hardwood flooring materials accurately and efficiently.
• Support the finishing process for installed flooring.
• Dispose of waste materials responsibly and maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with the installation team and clients.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in construction or flooring installation preferred

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of flooring installation techniques
• Ability to operate hand and power tools
