As a Wellhead Pumper, you will oversee the production and maintenance of oil and gas wells, ensuring efficient equipment operation and compliance with safety standards. This role requires effective monitoring of production levels and coordinating repairs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and production levels of wells.
• Coordinate with engineers to enhance well performance.
• Ensure effective documentation of maintenance and operations activities.
• Participate in project meetings and strategy sessions.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior operators.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certifications in safety and operations preferred

Experience

• Prior experience as a lease operator is advantageous.
