The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret health data to inform policy decisions. In this role, you will perform statistical analyses, design and evaluate health programs, and collaborate closely with public health officials to advance the health of our communities.

Responsibilities

• Implement detailed analysis of public health datasets to assess program effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather qualitative data on community health perceptions.
• Design innovative public health interventions supported by data findings.
• Prepare policy briefs that highlight health disparities and recommend actions.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on health data interpretation and application.
• Collaborate with academic institutions to broaden public health research and outreach.
• Secure funding by drafting and submitting grant proposals for health projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related field
• Master's degree is highly desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in health data analysis or related field
