Job Description

As a Shop Supervisor, you will lead daily operations of our retail shop, focusing on customer service and staff management. Your leadership will ensure high customer satisfaction and a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to ensure efficient workflow and high sales performance.
• Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates and ensure compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with the management team to define business objectives.
• Oversee the execution of visual merchandising and promotional displays.
• Respond to customer feedback and implement improvements.
• Encourage staff to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits.
• Ensure that all safety and legal regulations are adhered to in the shop.
• Drive customer loyalty initiatives and engagement programs.
• Assist in organizing store events and promotions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in retail management is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in retail or customer service management
