Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will be essential in the process of rendering animal fat into high-quality lard. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to operate machinery safely. Ideal candidates will enjoy working in a team-focused environment and have a passion for the food production process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
• Assist in training new production staff.
• Participate in regular safety and quality assurance meetings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Identify and suggest improvements to production processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a food processing or manufacturing environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with safety regulations

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
