Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our Portland team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations while adhering to industry standards. You will work on everything from conceptual sketches to final construction documents, collaborating with engineers and other design professionals to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and finalize architectural designs that reflect client needs and budget.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
• Facilitate project meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections during construction.
• Implement sustainable design practices and materials.
• Research building codes, regulations, and zoning to ensure projects meet legal standards.
• Collaborate with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Photoshop

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Green Building Concepts: Knowledgeable in sustainable design practices.
