Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our Portland team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and overseeing a variety of projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations while adhering to industry standards. You will work on everything from conceptual sketches to final construction documents, collaborating with engineers and other design professionals to bring ideas to life.

Responsibilities

• Present design concepts to clients and adjust based on feedback.
• Coordinate with local government agencies to secure permits.
• Oversee the implementation of design changes during construction.
• Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.
• Utilize design software for modeling and presenting projects.
• Write project reports and documentation for quality assurance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Skills

• Revit
• Photoshop

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Proficiency in Rendering Software: Experience with software for creating high-quality architectural renders.
