Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that maximize satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve products.
  • Understand the client's business model and how our products fit their needs.
  • Assist clients in navigating the platform to maximize their usage.
  • Participate in customer success initiatives to drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to highlight success stories.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings and features.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, Master's preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer success or account management roles
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)

Certifications
