Job Description

As a Laborer, you will operate cotton jamming equipment, conduct routine maintenance, and work closely with the production team to optimize workflows. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of cotton jamming machines to ensure optimal efficiency.
• Identify and correct equipment malfunctions during production runs.
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance on machinery to prolong lifespan.
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure all products meet specifications.
• Work with team members to improve production techniques and processes.
• Assist in inventory management and material handling.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in similar roles preferred
