Responsibilities

  • Create precise gauge designs tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage production schedules and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Evaluate gauge performance and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance personnel to uphold product integrity.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workplace adhering to best practices.
  • Perform regular maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
  • Document all gauge alterations and specifications meticulously.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new employees.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training or apprenticeship in gauge making is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in precision manufacturing or gauge making
