Job Description

The Plant Etiologist will conduct vital research on plant diseases, working closely with a dedicated team to identify effective solutions. This role requires a strong analytical background and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead research projects focused on the impact of environmental factors on crop diseases.
  • Innovate methodologies to improve plant health assessments.
  • Document the progress of research studies for internal and external audiences.
  • Participate in conferences to disseminate findings and network with other professionals.
  • Contribute to grant proposals for further research funding.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or a related field
  • PhD in Plant Pathology is highly preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in plant disease management
