Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all aspects of farm operations.
• Manage crop production processes to maximize yield.
• Ensure quality care of livestock, including health checks and feeding.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Analyze market trends to make informed decisions.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors for farm resources.
• Record and analyze farm data for improved efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment among farm staff.
• Assist with marketing and sales of farm products.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
• Master's degree in Farm Management is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in specialized farm management
