Job Description

As a Statement Request Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing requests for financial statements from our customers. This role demands precision and a strong focus on customer service as you ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and distribute financial statements in a timely manner.
  • Review statements for accuracy before distribution.
  • Act as a point of contact for customers' inquiries about their statements.
  • Utilize banking software for tracking and processing requests.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve processes.
  • Assist with periodic reporting and data management tasks as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in banking or finance
Technical Skills
  • MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Banking Software (e.g., Fiserv, Oracle Financial Services)
