Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Grading Supervisor to oversee the grading process in our organization. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and consistency of grading assessments, managing a team, and implementing quality control measures.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly assess the grading procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for grading-related inquiries.
  • Track grading timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct audits on grading assessments for accuracy and fairness.
  • Integrate automated grading systems where applicable.
  • Facilitate communication between graders and academic departments.
  • Ensure a supportive work environment for team members.
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies for grading processes.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and integrity in grading.
  • Review and update grading rubrics and metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Mathematics)
  • Master's degree in Educational Leadership is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in educational assessment management.
Technical Skills
  • Advanced knowledge of grading systems
  • Familiarity with rubric-based assessments

Languages
  • English: Fluent
