Job Description

As an Office Secretary at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will manage schedules, handle correspondence, and maintain a well-organized workspace, contributing to our overall productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Direct incoming phone calls and manage correspondence.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, taking care of logistics.
  • Maintain and update office documentation and records.
  • Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability.
  • Assist with travel coordination and manage expense reporting.
  • Organize files and maintain the filing system for the office.
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide clerical support to the administrative team.
  • Assist in training new administrative staff as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years in administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting
