Job Description

As a part of our production team, you will be responsible for operating winding, twisting, and drawing out machines. This role demands a strong focus on quality control and efficiency, ensuring that our finished textiles meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor winding and twisting machines to process textile fibers.
• Set up machine parameters based on job specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Inspect and verify that finished products adhere to quality standards.
• Record all production data accurately in logs and reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in the workplace.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals.
• Conduct regular machine upkeep to prevent breakdowns.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in textile machine operation or similar role
