Association Executive

Job Description

As an Association Executive, you will be at the helm of our nonprofit's initiatives, driving strategic planning and operational management. You will work closely with the board of directors to fulfill our mission of empowering our members and ensuring they have the tools needed for success.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute strategic goals and objectives.
• Oversee financial management and ensure fiscal responsibility.
• Enhance member experiences through effective engagement strategies.
• Manage cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Act as the primary spokesperson for the association.
• Develop partnerships with other organizations to expand resources.
• Supervise event planning and execution to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct member surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Prepare reports for the board and external stakeholders on organizational progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management or related field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles within nonprofit organizations.

Certifications

• Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE)
