Responsibilities
Organize events and community gatherings to foster connections among residents.
Maintain accurate records of community engagement activities.
Develop partnerships with educational institutions for resource sharing.
Conduct outreach to underrepresented groups in the community.
Provide training and support for volunteers and interns.
Coordinate logistics for events including location, materials, and scheduling.
Promote events via social media and other communication channels.
Gather feedback from participants to improve future programs.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Social Work or Non-profit Management is a plus
Experience
Experience working with at-risk youth and/or seniors is highly preferred
