Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Workers to become an integral part of our operations team. You will play a vital role in the manufacturing process while ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment throughout production.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and address challenges.
• Help train new employees on production processes and safety protocols.
• Monitor production lines for any irregularities and report them immediately.
• Keep detailed records of production quantities and quality control checks.
• Assist in the development of new sagger designs based on customer feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.
