Helpers--Production Workers

Job Description

We're seeking dedicated Helpers for our production line. In this role, you will support machine operators in various tasks, ensuring that equipment is running smoothly and that our products meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support the production team by preparing materials and machines for operation.
• Monitor the production line to ensure that machines are functioning correctly.
• Conduct quality checks on products and communicate any defects promptly.
• Keep work area organized and follow all safety guidelines.
• Engage in teamwork to meet production goals efficiently.
• Participate in equipment maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Assist in training new hires on machine operations and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience operating tuber machines or similar equipment: Hands-on experience with machinery used in food processing.
