Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at our esteemed healthcare facility, you will play a critical role in patient care management. You will assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. You will also work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient care plans for effectiveness.
• Assist in minor surgical procedures and various treatments.
• Manage patient medications and educate on potential side effects.
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development.
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment for patients.
• Serve as a resource for patients and families during critical situations.

Requirements

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license

Experience

• 2+ years of experience required, preferably in an acute care setting.

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Wound Care

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Critical Thinking

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certified in PALS: Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR): Proficient in using EHR systems to maintain patient records.
