Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Glycerin Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing the production, quality control, and safety of glycerin manufacturing processes. This role requires strong leadership abilities and technical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the glycerin production team, ensuring high safety standards.
• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff.
• Analyze production data to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on team feedback.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to address product quality issues promptly.
• Prepare and present regular updates to management on production performance.
• Establish clear communication processes within the production team.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in glycerin production management.

Certifications

• Certified Production Technician (CPT)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
