Job Description

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will engage in detailed financial analysis, model building, and the preparation of client presentations. We are looking for candidates who have strong quantitative skills, an understanding of financial statement analysis, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed financial models to project company valuations and outcomes.
• Assist in conducting due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions.
• Work with legal teams to prepare transaction documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• MBA or relevant graduate degree is preferable

Experience

• 1-4 years of investment banking experience or related internship
