Job Description

We're looking for a diligent Pay Station Collector to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless collection of payments, maintain cash levels, and respond to customer inquiries or concerns effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash handling procedures at pay stations.
  • Assist with maintenance and reporting issues with pay station equipment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
  • Train new collectors on operational procedures and cash handling.
  • Participate in audits as required to maintain compliance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
