We are looking for a Clay Structure Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing clay structures that fit our specific designs and standards, showcasing your skill and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Execute construction of clay structures per provided sketches.
• Ensure work areas are consistently clean and secure.
• Develop clay mixtures tailored for different projects.
• Mold and refine clay to meet artistic and structural specifications.
• Evaluate the construction process and adapt as necessary.
• Coordinate with team members and maintain open communication.
• Implement best practices for health and safety on-site.
• Repair and refurbish existing structures as directed.
• Advise on design enhancements and share innovative ideas.
• Keep a record of materials used and project progress.
