Job Description

We are seeking a Buyer to join our team, responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing agricultural products. The ideal candidate will develop strategic partnerships with suppliers and manage procurement processes to ensure quality and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Research and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery capabilities.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize cash flow and minimize waste.
• Provide market insights to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze procurement reports to aid in decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to all procurement policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in purchasing and procurement
