Job Description

We're seeking passionate Prepress Technicians and Workers to produce exceptional photographic plates. Your role will include working with both traditional and digital prepress processes to ensure quality output.

Responsibilities

• Operate darkroom equipment and ensure a clean working environment.
• Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Quality control: monitor the quality of plates produced and troubleshoot issues.
• Work collaboratively with the print production team.
• Document processes and maintain records of production.
• Participate in team meetings to optimize production workflows.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in photography or a related field preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in traditional photographic processes.

Technical Skills

• Adobe Photoshop
• Darkroom Techniques
• Digital Prepress Skills

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Digital Printing: Familiarity with digital printing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of Color Correction: Understanding of color management principles and practices.
