Responsibilities
Check-in passengers and verify travel documents.

Coordinate the loading and unloading of baggage efficiently.
Offer exceptional customer service and troubleshoot passenger queries.

Supervise boarding gates for timely departures.
Make gate announcements and relay flight status updates.
Support passengers with special requirements or emergencies.

Requirements
Education

Experience
