Responsibilities

• Drive and operate the ice cream truck along designated routes.
• Communicate with customers about menu items and specials available.
• Ensure timely and accurate service to customers.
• Maintain an organized inventory of ice cream and supplies.
• Track all sales and keep accurate daily reports.
• Follow federal and state regulations regarding food service and vehicle operation.
• Provide training to new staff on customer service and safe driving.
• Participate in promotional events to boost sales.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate busy customer times.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in food service.
