Job Description

We're looking for dedicated Textile, Apparel, and Furnishings Workers who are passionate about quality and innovation. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance our production processes and contribute to creating sustainable textiles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the textile manufacturing process from start to finish.
• Evaluate fabric samples for color, texture, and design.
• Assist in quality assurance inspections on finished products.
• Provide feedback to management on production efficiency.
• Collaborate with suppliers for raw material procurement.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any production delays or issues to the Production Supervisor.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Support the training of new employees on machinery and processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certification in Textile Manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in a textile production environment preferred

Technical Skills

• Textile Testing
• Sewing Machine Operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CAD software for textile design: Ability to use computer-aided design software in textile creation.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems: Experience in managing stock and production schedules.
