Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a key role in preparing broth and soup bases, ensuring that quality standards are met throughout the production process. We seek candidates with a keen attention to detail and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Blend broth ingredients following strict recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure that all mixing equipment is functioning correctly and report any issues promptly.
• Conduct quality checks on finished product and document findings.
• Adhere to food safety practices, maintaining a clean workspace.
• Assist with ingredient storage and ensure proper stock levels.
• Work with team members to achieve production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of production processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
• Comply with company policies and industry standards.
• Assist with training new team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Some college education is a plus

Experience

• Experience with automated mixing equipment preferred

Technical Skills

• Inventory management
• Basic troubleshooting skills

• Adaptability

• Background in quality assurance: Experience with quality control processes in food production.
