As a Shredding Floor Equipment Operator, you will manage the operation and maintenance of shredding equipment, ensuring that all processes meet the production requirements safely and efficiently. Your role is crucial in protecting client confidentiality through proper disposal and destruction of sensitive documents.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate industrial shredders to process confidential documents.
• Conduct regular performance checks on shredding equipment.
• Organize and prepare materials for shredding.
• Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Document all shredding processes for compliance purposes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience
