Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Mold Tooling Technician to enhance our production capabilities. Your role will include overseeing mold tooling maintenance, repairing equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Bring your skills in problem-solving and mechanical systems to our team.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks and repairs on molds.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flows.
• Utilize CAD software for tooling layout and design enhancements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for tool replacements and parts procurement.
• Assist in the development of new tooling designs for complex parts.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mold tooling maintenance and repair

Technical Skills

• Precision Measurement
• Robotic Systems Experience

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Tool Design Software: Familiarity with software used for designing tooling components.
• Knowledge of Material Science: Understanding of different materials used in mold production.
