Job Description

We are seeking Certified Credit Counselors to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide personalized credit improvement strategies tailored to clients' unique financial situations. You will assist clients in understanding credit scoring models while helping them build a brighter financial future.

Responsibilities

• Engage in active problem-solving to address client challenges effectively.
• Assist clients with debt management and budgeting strategies.
• Evaluate financial documents to provide comprehensive support.
• Promote additional services that align with clients' financial goals.
• Work collaboratively within a dynamic team to meet client needs.
• Evaluate and enhance internal processes for improved client service.
• Document client outcomes and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Valid certification as a Credit Consultant
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in financial counseling or credit consulting
