Job Description

As a First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers, you will oversee the assembly and installation of prefabricated homes. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to manage teams efficiently, ensuring top-notch quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assembly team through every phase of the construction process.
• Monitor the workflow to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and protocols.
• Review project specifications and designs for accuracy.
• Facilitate team meetings to communicate project objectives and expectations.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new assembly technicians.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Prepare detailed reports on project progress and challenges for management.
• Conduct training sessions focused on safety and quality improvement.
• Evaluate the performance of assembly technicians and provide feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in construction or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
