Job Description

We're looking for a proactive Health and Safety Engineer to enhance our clients' safety standards. Your role will include performing detailed risk assessments, designing safety protocols, and providing training to ensure a safer workplace.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed safety audits and regulatory compliance checks.
• Create safety manuals and guidelines tailored to client needs.
• Evaluate workplace hazards and implement mitigation strategies.
• Actively participate in emergency response planning and drills.
• Engage with employees to foster a culture of safety awareness.
• Prepare and present safety training sessions.
• Utilize technology to enhance safety reporting and tracking.
• Provide strategic guidance on safety-related issues.
• Collaborate with other specialists for comprehensive safety solutions.
• Document all safety processes and maintain compliance records.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in safety and health engineering

Certifications

• Associate Safety Professional (ASP)

Languages
