Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Railroad Conductors and Yardmasters to ensure the safe and efficient movement of trains. The ideal candidates will have experience in rail operations and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of trains and yard operations effectively.
• Communicate with dispatchers and coordinate with other crews.
• Conduct safety inspections of trains and station facilities.
• Maintain logs and reports of all train activities.
• Participate in safety trainings and drills regularly.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues with trains.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations.
• Lead team meetings to discuss operational challenges.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Transportation or related field is a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in railroad operations or related field.
