Job Description

The Stock Tracer will be responsible for monitoring and tracking stock levels, ensuring that inventory is accurately reported, and identifying any discrepancies. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stock levels are efficiently tracked and documented.
• Respond promptly to discrepancies in inventory counts.
• Liaise with supply chain members to optimize inventory flow.
• Utilize advanced software to manage and report inventory levels.
• Work with procurement teams to address supply challenges.
• Implement best practices in inventory management to minimize waste.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on inventory systems and policies.
• Facilitate communication between various departments for effective stock management.
• Regularly assess inventory management practices for efficiency.
• Assist in developing forecasting methods to anticipate stock needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or supply chain roles

Languages
