Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mold Maker Helper to support our production team in the creation and maintenance of molds. This role is essential for ensuring the quality of our manufacturing process, requiring precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support mold creation and maintenance to high precision standards.
• Set up and operate machinery for mold production.
• Assist with installing and removing molds for production runs.
• Regularly clean work stations and tools to maintain a safe environment.
• Conduct inspections on finished molds for quality assurance.
• Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Work closely with production staff to optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of production activities.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute ideas on improving processes.
• Stay updated on best practices in mold making.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training preferred

Experience

• No experience required, but previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
