Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Training and Development Specialist to enhance our leadership programs. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training initiatives aimed at fostering leadership competencies within the organization. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and provide tailored solutions that meet our future leadership goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Design engaging learning experiences that resonate with diverse learning styles.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions that promote leadership skills.
  • Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with HR to align training programs with talent management strategies.
  • Utilize feedback to enhance training content continually.
  • Research and apply best practices in leadership development.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized leadership training.
  • Assist in developing leadership metrics and tracking program outcomes.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote leadership development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Advanced degree preferred
Experience
  • Over 5 years of experience in training and development
