Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Non-Profit Program Manager who is passionate about making a difference. You will be responsible for supervising multiple programs, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. Your expertise in community outreach and collaboration will be key in fostering relationships with local organizations and implementing programs that effectively address community needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead program planning and design, ensuring alignment with community needs and organizational vision.
  • Administer program budgets and maintain accurate financial records in accordance with funding guidelines.
  • Facilitate collaboration between staff, volunteers, and community partners.
  • Conduct program evaluations to assess impact and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in fundraising efforts, including grant writing and donor relations.
  • Provide support in marketing efforts to promote program awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to program execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in the non-profit sector.
  • Create and manage program schedules, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
  • Serve as a liaison between the organization and community organizations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Social Work, or a related field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in program management within the non-profit sector
