Job Description

As a Child, Family, and School Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and advocating for children and families within our community. You will develop and implement services that enhance the well-being of individuals and families. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with schools and various organizations to ensure comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

  • Identify community needs through outreach and data analysis.
  • Develop and implement targeted programs in coordination with local schools.
  • Provide direct support for families in crisis situations.
  • Organize and lead workshops that empower community members.
  • Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts to sustain programs.
  • Evaluate program impact and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with multiple organizations to leverage community resources.
  • Engage in continuous education on social justice and community policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field
  • Master's in Social Work (MSW) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in social services or community outreach
