Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you'll be responsible for managing the drying process of our soap products. The ideal candidate will monitor equipment, adjust conditions, and ensure the production line operates smoothly while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of drying equipment according to established procedures
• Adjust drying conditions to optimize the production process
• Perform quality checks on soap products coming from the drying room
• Maintain accurate production logs and records of equipment maintenance
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
• Assume other responsibilities as directed by the Production Manager

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment

Technical Skills

• Attention to detail
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in manufacturing or production: Relevant certifications in manufacturing processes.
• Experience with soap or cleaning product production: Hands-on experience in the soap manufacturing process.
