We are seeking a highly experienced First-Line Supervisor for our Tactical Operations Division. The ideal candidate will lead parachute operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of processes while mentoring and training junior personnel.
Responsibilities
Lead tactical parachute jumps from naval aircraft.
Oversee the inspection and maintenance of parachute gear.
Train and guide junior and new parachutists in best practices.
Establish protocols for safe aerial operations.
Collaborate with naval personnel for effective mission execution.
Engage in reconnaissance and tactical planning.
Execute comprehensive pre-jump briefings.
Document all operational activities and training events.
Enhance safety practices on a continuous basis.
Review and assess parachute systems and suggest enhancements.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Military parachute training required
Experience
10+ years of experience in tactical parachute operations
