Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced First-Line Supervisor for our Tactical Operations Division. The ideal candidate will lead parachute operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of processes while mentoring and training junior personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead tactical parachute jumps from naval aircraft.
  • Oversee the inspection and maintenance of parachute gear.
  • Train and guide junior and new parachutists in best practices.
  • Establish protocols for safe aerial operations.
  • Collaborate with naval personnel for effective mission execution.
  • Engage in reconnaissance and tactical planning.
  • Execute comprehensive pre-jump briefings.
  • Document all operational activities and training events.
  • Enhance safety practices on a continuous basis.
  • Review and assess parachute systems and suggest enhancements.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Military parachute training required
Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in tactical parachute operations
