Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Court, Municipal, and License Clerk to support judicial processes and provide essential administrative functions. This role involves managing records, processing licenses, and assisting the public with inquiries.
Responsibilities
Manage the intake, processing, and filing of legal documents.
Provide clerical support during court proceedings.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Facilitate communication between the public and court officials.
Organize and coordinate public records requests.
Assist in the training of new staff members.
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the department.
Conduct public hearings and maintain records of proceedings.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field is a plus

2+ years in a government or legal setting
