We are seeking a skilled Hairspring Truer to join our cutting-edge watchmaking team. In this role, you will perform precision adjustments to mechanical watch hairsprings and ensure optimal performance. Your expertise in horology and attention to detail will be essential as we strive for the highest standards in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Utilize micrometers and calipers for precise measurements during adjustments.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure each hairspring meets performance specifications.
• Coordinate with quality control inspectors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide feedback to improve production processes related to hairspring adjustments.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills in advanced horology techniques.
• Report any discrepancies or issues promptly to the production supervisor.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment to ensure efficiency in workflow.
• Ensure prompt completion of adjustments to meet production timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the QA team to enhance product quality.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay informed about new developments in horology.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in watchmaking or horology

Experience

• Previous experience in luxury or high-end watch brands is highly desirable.
